Meet Hanh
Hanh Chung is a real estate advisor and Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) serving Lone Tree, Highlands Ranch, Castle Rock, Centennial, Castle Pines, and the greater Denver metro area. With a background in mortgage lending and commercial real estate, she brings a well-rounded perspective, strong negotiation skills, thoughtful marketing, and a results-driven approach to every transaction.
As an SRES® designee, Hanh has specialized training to help adults age 50+ and their families navigate the unique real estate decisions that often come with life’s transitions. Whether that means downsizing, moving to an active adult or senior living community, selling a longtime family home, relocating closer to family, or planning for the next chapter, Hanh provides patient, personalized guidance throughout the process.
Understanding that these transitions often involve much more than simply buying or selling a home, Hanh can also help connect clients with a trusted network of professionals and resources for needs such as estate sales, moving, home repairs, clean-outs, organizing, and other transition-related services. Her goal is to make the process as organized and manageable as possible while helping clients protect and maximize the value of their real estate.
Fluent in Vietnamese, Hanh is proud to serve a diverse community and believes every client deserves clear communication, thoughtful advice, and a real estate strategy tailored to their individual needs.
Outside of real estate, Hanh enjoys traveling and exploring the world with her husband and their two boys. These experiences shape her perspective on what “home” truly means, bringing a deeper level of care and understanding to the individuals and families she serves.
